Following Tuesday night's live episode of "Dancing With The Stars," reality star Kim Zolciak suffered a mini stroke when her red-eye flight landed in Los Angeles Wednesday morning. Zolciak informed her fans that she was doing better as she had gotten all of her feeling back and explained that she would most likely be released on Thursday.

Turns out, there was more that needed to be done to make sure she was in perfect condition. "Going in for one more procedure, things are looking up!" the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star captioned a photo of herself still in the hospital on Friday morning. "Don't let the oxygen scare you its just protocol."

She then thanked all of her followers and fans for their love and support over the past few days. "I feel so overwhelmed with all the texts, comments, etc.," she wrote. "I'm so grateful to have all of you!" Her two biggest supporters, though, are her husband Kroy Biermann and her "DWTS" partner Tony Dovolani.

"All that matters...FAMILY!" she captioned a photo of herself and Biermann sleeping and cuddling in the hospital bed, explaining that their daughter Brielle had taken the touching photo.

She then posted a photo of Dovolani sitting and laughing in the hospital room. "This guy has been by my side for 2 days! He even brings me my favorite coffee," she wrote. "He keeps me smiling! So blessed to be surrounded by such great people."

It is still unclear when Zolciak will be released from the hospital and if she will be able to continue dancing in the upcoming season.
