When Kim Zolciak appeared as a guest on Sunday's episode of "Watch What Happens: Live," one caller noticed a difference to Kim's face. "You're absolutely beautiful, but there's been a little difference to your face lately. Honestly, have you had any work done? And I'm not trying to throw shade, Kim!"

Kim, 37, suggested that her pregnancies over the last few years might have contributed to her different appearances. She also stressed how she's always been honest about her plastic surgeries in the past, including her boob job and tummy tuck. However, show host Andy Cohen wasn't sure the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was being entirely truthful, which is when he confronted her, according to E!.

"I interviewed you for the Atlanta Housewives' 100th episode special," Cohen recalled. "I was staring at your face for a long time, and it was clear to me that you looked a little different to me, I couldn't tell, you said, 'No, no, no, no,'"

"Tonight you arrive wearing glasses, and I'm thinking, 'Why is she wearing these librarian-that-can-be-seduced glasses?' And now I realized, it is to take away from the fact that you have had a little bit shaved off your nose. I really feel that way," Cohen added, according to People.

Kim then took off her glasses in order to give the talk-show host a clear view of her face but it wasn't enough to convince him. "You have a little shaved off your nose, and your lips are bigger," Cohen, 47, maintained.

"Andy, I'm very honest with plastic surgery," Zolciak replied. "Obviously I've never hidden anything. We all know I do Botox, I'm a big fan of it. My lips are definitely overdrawn," she said, referring to her makeup.

Cohen finally conceded. "I don't know why you would deny it. I will say that," he said.
