Jennifer Lopez may be the next major celebrity involved in a sex tape scandal.

Apparently, intimate footage of the 46-year-old singer, recorded by her first husband of 11 months, Ojani Noa, could be released to the public sometime in the near future, according to Mirror. Lopez has been in court battling the privacy of this tape for six years now, and the legal battle has become extremely complicated.

Noa is in possession of hours of sexual footage and Lopez has spent millions of dollars trying to keep these videos from going public, In Touch Magazine reported. The videos are filled with many intimate moments, as well as some of Lopez arguing with her mother about money for gambling, one of Lopez playfully spanking a pal in bed, and footage from the couple's honeymoon.

It's Noa's business partner Ed Meyer who plans to release these videos as he believes he has found some sort of loophole in the legal battle.

"We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J.Lo home video footage," Meyer explained. "There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon. The videos contain salacious material and are going to shock her fans."

While the master tape is being held in custody by court order, Meyer claims he and his other partners have copies of it and will now use it against Lopez as he believes they "have unfinished business."

Lopez has not yet commented on the incident.
