Warning: The following contains possible spoilers for season six of HBO's "Game of Thrones."

Anyone who watches "Game of Thrones" has likely thrust themselves into the debate over Jon Snow's fate at some point over the last few months. In the season five finale, Jon was betrayed by his brothers of the Night's Watch and stabbed repeatedly. So is he alive? Is he dead? WTF?

Okay, no one really believes that he's actually dead and today comes more proof to support that belief. Watchers on the Wall recently reported that Kit Harington has been seen on set, "participating in shooting" throughout this week. "Game of Thrones" has reportedly been shooting a major battle scene that takes place in the North and likely includes wildlings, Boltons and other central northern families and characters. Harrington was on location shooting these scenes - believed to air in Episode 9 - which, duh, means he's alive.

This isn't really a big surprise as there have been several indicators over the past few months that pointed to Jon's return. How, exactly that occurs is still unknown though. The most popular fan theory is that the Red Priestess Melisandre will resurrect him. Others believe Jon's essence will remain alive in his direwolf, Ghost.

Despite the overwhelming evidence that Jon Snow will be a part of season six, those involved with the series and the higher ups at HBO have remained steadfast in their denials. Gotta respect their commitment.

Season six of "Game of Thrones" will arrive sometime in 2016.
