Buffalo Bills linebacker IK Enemkpali is facing a minimum of a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy in regards to breaking Geno Smith's jaw, according to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport.

Enemkpali is on the Bills' practice squad and is likely there because of head coach Rex Ryan. He was drafted by the Jets last season when Ryan was still the head coach.

This was not unforeseen, as the NFL makes suspensions for personal conduct of players away from the team facility, so while on team facility grounds it was very probable that Enemkpali would face some penalty.

The argument allegedly was about the fact that Smith owed Enemkpali $600 after not showing up to his football camp at Pflugerville High School in Texas, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Enemkpali allegedly demanded that Smith reimburse him the money for the plane ticket. Smith didn't make the camp because a person close to him had died in a motorcycle accident in Miami, according to Schefter.

Smith is not facing any suspension, according to Rapoport. Directly after punching the Jets starting quarterback, Enemkpali was released from the Jets. The 24-year-old linebacker out of Louisiana Tech will likely have to work hard to shed the image he has now, but his best chance for that is on the football field.
