She said, "see ya l8er boi?" Just hours after Avril Lavigne took to Instagram to announce her split from her rocker hubby Chad Kroeger, he was spotted without his wedding ring while packing up his car with belongings, E! News reported.

Kroeger was seen wearing a white T-shirt, jeans and a baseball cap while loading cardboard boxes and two guitars into a black car, according to video footage obtained by E! News. The Nickelback rocker wasn't wearing his wedding band either, something he's been known to do in the past.

"You know what? They come off," the 40-year-old rocker told ET Canada last year when breakup rumors started circulating. "And they go back on and then come off and then go back on. What does that mean?"

The couple reportedly has been experiencing problems for some time and rumors of their imminent divorce started swirling as early as last September, according to Us Weekly. Lavigne, 30, posted a message to her fans on Instagram announcing the split from Kroger after two years of marriage.

"It is with heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today," she wrote in the caption of a photo from the couple's wedding day. "Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments. We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other."

Just two weeks before Lavigne's Instagram announcement, Kroger was seen partying with a mystery woman in the VIP area of Miami's E11even night club, People reported. The couple danced together until about 5 a.m. and left the club together.
