Janet Jackson kicked off her Unbreakable World Tour in Vancouver Monday night, opening the concert with a new track reportedly titled "Burn It Up" featuring Missy Elliott. The song is expected to be included in Jackson's upcoming album "Unbreakable," according to Entertainment Weekly.

The singer then continued a set, which included two additional new tracks, her latest single "Sleeep" and a number of her hits, from "Rhythm Nation" to "Scream," which she recorded with her older brother, Michael.

Jackson announced her comeback on Twitter in May, writing, "I've promised you'd hear it from my lips and now you will. This year: new music, new world tour, a new movement. I've been listening, let's keep the conversation going," as HNGN previously reported.

Janet's debut performance of the tour was met with a roar of applause from the audience, and the singer was visibly overcome with emotion. "I love you so much," she said as tears streamed down her face. "So much, so much," she added before screaming "And I've missed you much," according to The Root.

"Unbreakable" will be out later this year and will be Jackson's first album in seven years. Producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, who previously worked with Janet on her 2006 record, "20 Y.O.," expressed their views on the album. "I think it's totally different from any of her other albums," Jam said. "But it feels like her. At the end of the day, I go back to that. The thing about this album is there's a lot of different places that it touches, but at the end of the day, it's pure Janet."
