Lindsay Lohan Parties With Mom, Dina, For 51st Birthday Following Her DUI Arrest (PHOTOS)

Just days after her mother, Dina, was arrested for driving under the influence, troubled starlet and recent rehab alum Lindsay Lohan recently published photos of her partying with her mother for her 51st birthday, E! News reports, though no alcohol was spotted at the celebration.

On Sept. 13, Dina Lohan was pulled over in Long Island, N.Y. for allegedly going 77mph on a highway where the speed limit was 55. Police officers noted that she appeared intoxicated, and when they tested her blood alcohol level, it registered as .20, more twice the legal limit, according to TMZ. Dina was arrested and taken to a local station, where she was booked for two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of speeding.

Dina's recent DUI echoes her 27-year old daughter's long list of legal troubles, dating as far back as 2005.

Dina has long been accused as being part of Lindsay Lohan's struggles with addiction and the law. During her recent stint in rehab, Lindsay was even warned by Cliffside counselors not to move back in with her mother following treatment.

"[Lindsay and Dina] have been known to go out clubbing and drinking together. Lindsay doesn't need a friend in her parents, she needs Dina to act as her mother," an insider told Radar Online back in July. Lindsay is currently sober after her sixth stint in rehab, though many are concerned that her involvement with Dina will not help her in her recovery.

Dina has long been criticized by fans and critics alike of being more of a party buddy to her daughter than a parent, as well as a poor influence on the young actress. While Lindsay has always vehemently defended her mother, her parents' histories of and struggles with addiction likely have not made staying clean any easier for her.

Over the weekend, Dina celebrated her 51st birthday with her daughters Ali and Lindsay, as well as several friends, including "Real Housewives of New York" star Jill Zarin.

"Happy Birthday Mommy!!! I love you so much! @dinalohan," Lindsay tweeted Sunday morning. She took to Instagram to post some photos from the night out, where Dina appeared relaxed and happy despite her current legal troubles.

"I dont have enough room in this tweet box to explain to you mommy how much i love you, thank you for making me who i am today Happy birthday," 19-year old sister Ali tweeted.

Dina Lohan is set to appear in Nassau County 1st District Court on Sept. 24.
