Robin Wright and her fiancé Ben Foster have ended their engagement, a source confirmed to People magazine. The on-again-off-again couple got engaged in January 2014 before they broke it off in November 2014. They reconciled in January 2015.

The two are said to now be officially over, reported Us weekly. The couple quietly called off their engagement for the second time a few months ago. "They gave it another go, but were still having the same issues," the insider said. "She got swept up in the engagement last Christmas, but then their schedules got crazy and she realized it wasn't the right decision."

The fourteen year age difference between the two was also a cause of the split. "Ben was kind of immature," the source said. "She couldn't deal with him anymore."

Wright and Foster met on the set of the 2011 film "Rampart." Soon reports started to surface that the two were an item after they were spotted getting cozy at an Italian restaurant in Australia.

Prior to her break up with Foster, Wright gushed about her relationship to Vanity Fair. "I've never been happier in my life than I am today," Wright told the magazine.

The marriage to Foster would have been the actress's third marriage. She was previously married to actor Dane Witherspoon and Sean Penn. Wright and Penn were married for 13 years and have two children together.
