Miley Cyrus wore nothing but heart-shaped pasties underneath a sparkly cape during her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," E! News reported. Cyrus made Kimmel blush with her risqué outfit but agreed to go undercover in a conservative suit to find out how Los Angeles citizens feel about her.

Cyrus sparkled on the set of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" wearing a high-waisted long skirt adorned with shiny, colorful appliques arranged in a rainbow pattern with a matching cape on top. She wore nothing but a pair of heart-shaped pink and silver glittery nipple pasties. She finished her wild look with a pair of platform shoes and dangling star earrings. Her hair was pulled back tight into a high ponytail, adorned with a wacky scrunchy. Every time she raised her arms during the interview, she flashed the audience, cameras and Kimmel with a peek of underboob.

"I'm embarrassed now, I can't help but, I'm gonna have to, uh..." the host stuttered and turned away. He asked Cyrus what her father thinks of her racy outfit choices.

"My dad's cool because you know, I'm sure he'd maybe rather me not have my t--s out all the time," she said, laughing. "But he'd rather me have my t--s out and be a good person than have a shirt on and be a bitch."

In another segment, Cyrus agreed to go undercover as Janet, an Australian reporter for "I Witness News." She dressed up in a conservative gray suit with a brunette wig and stopped random people on the street to ask them what they thought about Miley Cyrus.

"What would you say if Miley Cyrus was your daughter?" she asked a man wearing a hat and a brown shirt.

"No," he said indifferently. "No problem, I just like Taylor Swift better."
