A shocking new video revealing a Planned Parenthood technician using scissors to cut through the face of a newly aborted fetus so that his brain could be extracted, has been released by The Center for Medical Progress.

The video features Holly O'Donnel, a licensed phlebotomist who unwittingly took a job as a "procurement technician" at StemExpress, a fetal tissue company and biotech startup, in 2012, reported Life News. StemExpress acts as a middleman for Planned Parenthood by purchasing body parts from PP, then selling them to research universities and other places. StemExpress was partnered with Planned Parenthood until it announced last Friday that it cut ties with the abortion corporation.

During the video, O'Donnell recalls that she and a colleague were harvesting organs at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, a mega-clinic in San Jose, Calif. She notes that the baby featured in the video was the most developed she seen at that point and describes how the recently aborted fetus was rinsed off and prepared for dissection, according to Breitbart.

According to O'Donnell, her colleague called her over and said, "Hey Holly, come over her, I want you to see something kind of cool." Upon catching her attention, Holly reports being shocked when her colleague took an instrument and "tapped the heart and it starts beating."

O'Donnell recalled her confusion over the incident, "I am sitting here looking at this fetus and it's heart is beating and I don't know what to think." She said she didn't know if the fetus was alive or dead but "it had a face. It wasn't completely torn up. Its nose was very pronounced. It had eyelids and its mouth was pronounced."

The colleague then revealed the fetus was so intact that they could "procure a lot from it. We're going to procure a brain." The tech told O'Donnell they would need to "go through the face." The PP tech took scissors and cut through the fetus' lower jaw up through the mouth. O'Donnell was then direct to cut the rest of the way through "the middle of the face."

"I can't even describe what that feels like," said O'Donnell recalling how she had to take the fetal remains and put them in a biohazard container and "then I realized I was the only person ever to hold that baby."

"That was the moment I realized I couldn't work for [StemExpress] any more," she said.

This video underscores a claim Dr.Theresa Deisure, a world-renowned scientist who helped pro-life activists investigate PP, made about the organization, where she said Planned Parenthood may be keeping some babies alive after the abortion procedure in order to better collect their organs for harvesting.

"Biomedical companies prefer gestational ages of greater than 20 weeks for heart muscle," she adds. "This is from reading their publications; so, I have always suspected that the babies in some of these cases were alive until their hearts were cut out."
