Alexander Skarsgård dressed in drag Monday — complete with a long, blonde wig — to attend the San Francisco red carpet premiere of his new movie "The Diary of a Teenage Girl," reported Entertainment Weekly.

In drag, the 6'4" accomplished actor — mostly known for portraying Eric Northman on HBO's "True Blood" — was said to look like Bravo reality TV star Kim Zolciak-Biermann by TMZ.

Although Skarsgård does not play a drag queen in the film, one of his costars, Joshua Garnnell, is more famously known as drag performer Peaches Christ, and since Peaches hosts midnight movie screenings at the Castro Theatre, where "The Diary of a Teenage Girl" was being shown, a drag show preceded the screening, according to Vanity Fair.

This was not the first time Skarsgård has dressed in drag either — he played a suicidal transvestite in the 2006 movie "Kill Your Darlings."
