Coulson and his S.H.I.E.L.D. will have some unwelcome company in their search for new Inhumans in season three of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." His biggest problem will come with the head of this new mysterious group, played by Constance Zimmer in a recurring role.

"When casting this role, we needed someone that could go toe-to-toe with Coulson," Jeph Loeb, executive producer and Head of Marvel TV, told Marvel.com. "Constance brings a level of wit and spark to the role we could have only dreamed of, and we're beyond excited to add her to our already stellar cast going into the new season."

Zimmer currently stars on the Lifetime series "UnREAL" playing a ruthless reality show producer. She also reprised her role as Dana Gordon for the "Entourage" movie this summer and starred on "House of Cards" during the first two seasons.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." also cast Andrew Howard as another government agent on a similar mission to track down those powered people. He will play the intimidating and mysterious Banks who challenge Coulson and his team.

The new season will also feature a return visit from Blair Underwood as Agent May's ex-husband Andrew Garner. It's unknown what will bring him back into the fold but Underwood is scheduled to appear in multiple episodes, according to Marvel.com.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." will premiere its third season on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
