There has been tons of speculation and rumors surrounding Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage. For weeks it has been said that their marriage was on the rocks and they were headed for a divorce. Friends and family of the couple continuously denied claims the relationship was in trouble, but a photo that has now popped up on the Internet could be telling a different story.

According to Hollywood Life, a Dino's moving truck was spotted outside of Kardashian and Odom's Calabasas home. Just two days ago the professional athlete reportedly moved back into the home after Kardashian kicked him out. According to several reports, she was fed up with the cheating allegations and the alleged drug use and threw him out. He was said to have been staying at a hotel for the couple days he was gone.

A source close to the couple told Hollywood Life that there was no moving at the house despite the picture with one parked in their driveway.

"There are absolutely no moving trucks at their house," the source said. "There may be construction tucks but there are no moving trucks."

It could all very well be a misunderstanding. Neither Kardashian nor her husband has said anything about the truck or his recent arrest. The same day the moving truck was spotted at their home, Odom was arrested for driving under the influence, E! News reports.

According to E!, he was pulled over on the 101 freeway for "driving in a serpentine manner" - which is said to be more severe than weaving. Leland Tang, the Public Information Officer told the website that when Odom was pulled over he was given a field sobriety test, which he failed.

He then refused to take a chemical test which could land the athlete in big trouble. Tang told E! that refusing to take the chemical test is a big mistake when pulled over for suspicion of DUI. Because he said no to the test even if his case does go to trial and he is found not guilty, his license could still get suspended for a year.
