Call me crazy, but Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback Tim Tebow looks pretty good in a workout video that was posted last week. I'm not saying he's about to unseat Sam Bradford and Mark Sanchez on the depth chart. But his throwing motion and mechanics are visibly improved since the last time we saw him in an NFL uniform.

Granted, this is just practice and there aren't even any defenders trying to knock him senseless. But the former Denver Broncos quarterback has proven to be effective in certain packages. Who better to take advantage of that unique skill set than the Mad Scientist that is Chip Kelly?

Much has been made about Tebow's odds of making Philly's roster this offseason. He currently sits behind Bradford, Sanchez and former fourth-rounder Matt Barkley on the depth chart. But Tebow has been working with former MLB pitcher Tom House for more than a year on his throwing motion and is now practicing daily in advance of the Eagles' training camp.

Will it be enough to keep him in the NFL this time? We'll have to wait to find out.
