Queen Elsa and her sister Princess Anna have crowned a new princess in the kingdom of Arendelle. Kristen Bell delivered the wonderful news as her "Frozen" character Anna to Avery Huffman, a big fan of the Disney animated movie who was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.

A friend of Huffman's parents who had a connection with Bell generously reached out to the actress. She then responded with a personalized voicemail message for Huffman.

"Anna" called to "say hello" and to wish her a good day playing with her pet bunny, Hoppy-Jumpy. She then took a message from her older sister Elsa, who informed Anna that she was going to make Huffman an honorary princess of Arendelle.

"Avery, my sister Elsa says she's heard that you've been such a good girl and that you've been so brave, she has decided to crown you as an honorary princess of Arendelle," Anna said. "Wow. That's so exciting. I think you'll make a great princess."

Before ending the call, Anna asked Huffman to say hello to her siblings Alex, Addison and Cade.

The Huffman family has been documenting their daughter's battle on the CaringBridge website. On June 30, they received the official diagnosis of DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliom), an inoperable brain tumor found in the pons, a part of the brainstem on the lower back of the brain near the top of the spinal cord, according to her family.

That area of the brain controls breathing and swallowing as well as muscles that help with speech and eye movements, according to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. The disease most affects elementary school-aged children.

Huffman is going through radiation treatment, which may extend her life a few months or possibly one to two years. Without radiation, the average life expectancy for a DIPG patient is only one or two months.
