Salma Hayek looks absolutely radiant as she poses in black lingerie for her second cover for Allure. Inside the magazine, the beauty stuns as she poses topless, ditching the black bra to cover her bare breasts with her hands.

The 48-year-old Mexican film actress may be one of the most confident, and youthful-looking, women in Hollywood. She explains that she's never had any type of anti-aging surgery and has never gone under the knife to alter her looks.

"'You should start Botox,'" she was advised, she told Allure. "When I was young, they tried to sell me on the idea: 'If you do it now, then you won't get wrinkles,'" she said in the exclusive interview with Allure on the worst beauty advice she ever received. "And thank God I didn't do that."

As for her beauty regimine, she uses her own Nuance Salma Hayek line. "The tension in the skin is beginning to give up," she said. "I use my AM/PM serum. I swear it works. I'm not lying! But you have to do it every day."

She went on to explain that much of this confidence has to do with her billionaire husband Francois-Henri Pinault. The two have been married since 2009 and have a 7-year-old daughter Valentina together and rarely ever spend time apart.

As for the photos for this spread, she loved working with photographer Patrick Demarchelier. In a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot, she admitted that she was nervous when she got on set because of how tired she had been from travelling and her tour around the world, but knew the "wonderful" Demarchelier would make it work.

She said that he always loves to do "the minimum clothes possible," which made her a little uncomfortable so she kept her pants on but ended up loving that the photos turned out "very elegant."

"I think we change and that's part of the beauty of being a woman," she said as Allure showed her some of her throwback fashion choices. "We get to be our own canvas every day when we wake up."
