Chicago Police charged 21-year-old South Side native Antoine Watkins in the death of 1-year-old Dillan Harris, the Chicago Tribune reported. Watkins allegedly ran over the baby's stroller and dragged it while fleeing police after the shooting death of Chicago rapper Marvin "Capo" Carr, of Chief Keef's hip hop crew "Glo Gang."

Prosecutors said police witnessed Watkins "calmly" walking away from the crime scene where Carr was shot, according to DNA Info.

Police said a car fled the shooting in the 7700 block of South Kingston Avenue at around 1:40 p.m. on Saturday, and Harris was hit about 20 minutes later. Watkins admitted to being the driver of the car.

Cops chased Watkins in his red Toyota Avalon, according to the New York Daily News. He ran through red lights, going as fast as 70 mph before he jumped the curb and hit the child's stroller.

Watkins was charged with murder, attempting to elude police and driving without a license or insurance. The murder charge is only related to Dillan Harris and not Carr, the 22-year-old area rapper who died after being shot in the left hip and back. Cook County Judge Peggy Chiampas ordered that Watkins be held without bail.

"You killed my f------ baby," Harris' mother shouted before she was escorted from the courtroom, according to DNA Info.
