Life is all about balance, according to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Johnson usually likes to keep his personal life private, but he is finally opening up to Esquire magazine about his longtime girlfriend, Lauren, and his 13-year-old daughter, Simone.

The actor/wrestler has been dating Lauren Hashian since 2007 after he separated from ex-wife Dany Garcia, who is the mother of Simone, according to Us Weekly. Hashian rarely appears with her man in public, but Johnson likes finding the balance between his home life and work life. 

In the Esquire Q&A, The Rock makes sure to mention the two most important ladies in his life. "I've lived with my longtime girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, going on, like, eight, nine years now. She's a singer-songwriter. We spend a lot of time with my daughter in Florida, Simone, who's 13," Johnson said.

"We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the success end, but then Lauren isn't mentioned and my daughter isn't mentioned. I always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there. You gotta get the better half in there. With all the cool s--- and success that I've been lucky enough to get? That doesn't happen unless the home life is solid," ends The Rock. 

Johnson can currently be seen in the HBO series "Ballers," where he plays a retired NFL star who is trying to reinvent himself as a suave financial guru for current football plays, ABC News reported.
