Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of Paris Hilton, was arrested this week for violating a restraining order taken out against him. This arrest comes less than one week after a federal judge gave him three years of probation due to a previous brush with the law, according to CNN.

The hotel heir, 21, reportedly broke into the Hollywood Hills home of an ex-girlfriend Monday, reported the LA Times. Officers reported the violation around 4 p.m. PT whern they found Hilton inside the home. He was taken to the Los Angeles police department's Hollywood station where he was booked and released on $5,000 bail.

LAPD spokeswoman Liliana Preciado said in a statement that they do not release the names of individuals who obtain restraining orders, but E! News reported that it was ex-girlfriend, Hunter Salomon, who obtained the restraining order on May 22.

This is not the first time Hilton has been in trouble with the law. Earlier this year, he pled guilty to misdemeanor assault charges resulting from an incident in which he tried to hit flight attendants on a London to Los Angeles flight.

Hilton is due in court for sentencing in the restraining order case on July 10.
