Among the victims were two police officers who sustained serious wounds, and a teenage boy, 13, who succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, according to the Guardian, adding that police are investigating whether the suspect, who was tased at the scene and taken into custody, has a history of mental health issues.

Videos showed the suspect, 36, in a yellow hoodie walking and crouching near houses with a sword in his hands. Police chased and caught him.
