Actress Salma Hayek revealed that she doesn't believe in Botox and is sharing the beauty tricks she uses instead!

"I don't believe in Botox, especially when [people] do it so young," Hayek told People. "They destroy themselves. They keep telling young girls, 'Do it young, so you never get wrinkles.' No, your face is going to fall. You'll have to keep getting more and more and more each time. So if you're going to do it, I recommend doing it as late as you can."

Instead Hayek listens to her mother's advice and washes her face every night and swears by Nuance's Flawless Finish Liquid Foundation (get it here).

Hayek also told People that she air-dries her hair when she can and tries her hardest to steer clear of other dangerous beauty methods.

It seems that her routine is working - Hayek was recently named the winner of Guys Choice Decade of Hotness.

"Let me tell you, as the years go by, the 'hotness' acknowledgment becomes more and more precious to a woman," Hayek told Entertainment Weekly after receiving the award. "When you start you're like, 'No, I want them to see me for my talent, and know me as an actress!'... Now, if they want to give me a Decade of Hotness [award], I'm like, 'Bring it on!' You really like to be [called] 'hot' after you're 40."
