Teresa Giudice has agreed on a settlement with the government to pay off her debt.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is currently behind bars serving a 15-month sentence for fraud. On June 9, she was hit with some huge news pertaining to the $414,588 debt her and her husband Joe Giudice owe for the incident, according to NJ.com.

Court papers, which were filed and signed on Friday, show that Giudice has made an agreement to give the government her 2005 Maserati and 25 percent of the money she makes off the Bravo reality show to satisfy the debt. They will also be letting the government sell almost everything inside her Montville Township, N.J., mansion. Fifty percent of their Lincoln Park rental home income will also be taken.

The money and property obtained from this agreement will go toward the $415,589 the two owe after pleading guilty last year for concealing income and lying about bankruptcy proceedings, according to Page Six.

Teresa will be released from the prison camp facility in Danbury, Conn., later this year, and Joe will begin his 41-month sentence once she's home.
