Bedrock City - the Flintstones-themed campground in Williams, Ariz. - is officially on sale for $2 million.

In case you're interested in buying the property to raise your modern-day stone family, just be careful because the sale includes the (fake) Mt. St. Wilma volcano and a (also fake) green brontosaurus with a tail people can slide down!

The property also includes a 3,800-square-foot residential housing that offers two separate living areas, two kitchens, four bedrooms complete with vanity sinks, and two-and-a-half baths, ABC News reported.

Bedrock City was put on the market by Linda Speckels, 73. She started the business with her husband who died 20 years ago, Holly Hulen, Speckels daughter told ABC News.

"She's [Speckels] been running it herself, and she's ready to retire," said Hulen. "She's ready to enjoy her grandkids and not worry about managing a business."

The Bedrock City in Arizona was the second one build of its kind. The Bedrock City in South Dakota was worked on Hulen's father and grandfather before they moved to Arizona to build the one that is newly on the market. The South Dakota campground is run by a distant cousin of Hulen's.
