Stuart Lynn Dunn was taken into custody four days after he escaped from a Southern California mental health facility where he was sentenced for stalking actress Mila Kunis, according to police officials, The Associated Press reported.

The Los Angeles County sheriff's major crimes department arrested Dunn at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday and the actress had been notified of the arrest, according to the LA Times.

Dunn pleaded no contest to stalking Kunis two years ago. He was sentenced to six months of rehabilitation, five years of probation and ordered to keep a distance from the "That '70s Show" actress as well as her representatives for a minimum of 10 years.

"We are glad we were able to get him off the streets," said Deputy Chief Reaver Bingham of the L.A. County Probation Department. He said Santa Monica police found Dunn in an alley with two homeless people east of the 1100 block of Sixth Street.

Deputies of the major-crimes unit were patrolling in the neighborhood because they believed Dunn could be hanging around homeless areas, when they saw Santa Monica police with Dunn. The deputies then approached Dunn and asked him to identify himself, which he did, according to officials.

Dunn escaped from the Olive Vista Behavioral Health Center at approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday by climbing out of a bathroom window. Dunn's supervisor was under the impression that he was taking a bath, but on further inspection, he realized that Dunn had fled, Variety reported.
