North West is going to be a big sister!!! After tonight's episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," the teaser for next weeks episode, which E! News has exclusively shared, shows Kim Kardashian finding out she's pregnant with her second child. It then shows Kim telling her sister, Khloe Kardashian, the amazing news.

"I just got the blood test back," Kim reveals. "And I am pregnant!"

KIm and husband Kanye West have been having some trouble getting pregnant the second time around, but it seems as though their prayers have finally been answered.

"We are trying. We are trying every single day," Kim told E! News earlier this month. "You can't try harder than we try. It's getting exhausting. [Kanye] always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.' "

"We're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me," Kim continued. "And maybe that's when they say it happens."

E! News also tweeted, "Kim Kardashian is pregnant! The #KUWTK star is expecting her second child with Kanye West," following the show.
