Kim Richards was recently given permission to leave rehab so she could attend her daughter Brooke's wedding in Mexico, and apparently, she hasn't been seen since!

A source close to Richards told Radar that the 50-year-old reality star has "completely disappeared."

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was completely intoxicated at the wedding, despite the fact that she had not yet finished her program at the alcohol rehabilitation facility. 

She was under the influence of something that she must have snuck and she went on to say some nasty things to her daughter and she even cursed out the groom's family.

Her sober coach couldn't control her anymore and left Mexico immediately. 

"Kim has not returned to rehab after the wedding," the source continued to tell Radar. "She will not answer anyone's calls and is missing in action. Everyone is really worried but no one knows where she is."

It's been four days since she was supposed to return to rehab, and the Richards family is really concerned, The Inquistr reports.
