Another iOS bug can cause Apple devices to crash, and may be able to attack Macs, as well, because OS X cannot process the same string of characters.

The bug, which was found by Reddit users, can shut down iPhones without the user opening the text first. The device simply needs to receive the message, and it will crash, according to CBS News.

Anyone and everyone who has an iPhone and a phone number can hack anyone's phone.

The iPhone will reportedly turn back on after 15 seconds after it receives the message containing the code.

Some users have already started complaining that it permanently disables iMessage until you delete the entire message thread.

Apple is aware of the issue, and will make a fix available soon.

"We are aware of an iMessage issue caused by a specific series of unicode characters, and we will make a fix available in a software update," Apple said in a statement.
