The 2015 NBA playoffs continue Wednesday with Game 5 of the Western Conference finals between the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors. Tipoff is at 9 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links provided below.

Houston staved off elimination and forced a fifth game following its 128-115 win Monday over Golden State. Rockets star James Harden did what he has done all season and put his team on his back, going off for 45 points - including 17 in the fourth quarter - and nine rebounds.

"I always want to take it out on my opponent in a good way," Harden told the Associated Press afterward. "Just being aggressive, taking shots, getting to the basket, not really forcing anything and allowing the game to come to me."

Harden went 13-of-22 from the field, including 7-of-11 3-pointers. Rockets forward Josh Smith chipped in with 20 points, six rebounds and five assists, forward Trevor Ariza added 17 points, and big men Terrence Jones and Dwight Howard each scored 14.

The biggest scare for Golden State fans came in second quarter when Warriors guard Stephen Curry fell on his head, forcing him to miss more than 10 minutes. Fortunately he passed the concussion protocol and doesn't expect there to be any issues related to the fall on Wednesday.

"It was all minor stuff compared to how it looked," Curry said. "But I'll get some good rest (Monday night) and be ready to go ... since it happened to now, nothing has gotten worse."

Curry finished with 23 points, and guard Klay Thompson and forward Draymond Green finished with 24 and 21 points, respectively.
