"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is wanted by police for allegedly assaulting her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith last night.

Griffith, who is also the father of Evans' 10-month-old son Kaiser, told police at 12:30 a.m. this morning that his ex showed up at his house unannounced smelling like alcohol. He said she threatened to damage his car before starting to slap, punch and kick him, according to the police reports obtained by Radar Online

Scratches and bruises on Griffth's body were photographed in the police report as evidence against Evans.

At the time of the incident baby Kaiser was inside Griffith's house.

When police find Evans she will be arrested on a first degree criminal domestic violence charge, reported Radar. After that, Griffith hopes to get a restraining order against Evans.

Despite Griffith's claims in the police report, Evans' reps shared a different version of the story this morning on the MTV star's public relations Twitter account.

"Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck before the incident in the police report. Jenelle is seeking charges & is ready to get the truth out," wrote Evans' rep. "Neighbors called the police after witnessing Nathan run Jenelle over. Her attorney is involved & this will be handled in compliance with LE."

"For those asking, Jenelle was at Nathan's to pick up her son. Nathan stole her phone & refused to hand over Kaiser. This is how it started," the rep added.

Neither member involved in this incident has a clear criminal record.

In March Evans was arrested for driving without a license. Just one week later Griffith was arrested for allegedly assaulting Evans, reported TMZ
