Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and trainer-to-the-stars Tracey Anderson have decided to turn their love for healthy food into a new organic food company.

The two will be featured on the cover of Hamptons Magazine to talk about their newest business, 3 Green Hearts. Business partner Maria Baum claims to be the third "green heart."

The food line will "offer healthy organic meals on the go," Anderson said. The meals will be available at her two Hamptons fitness studios.

The two are extremely health conscious and have decided to include fresh smoothies and juices, gluten-free pastas, quinoa salad, fish tacos, grilled salmons, and a dessert that people are going to absolutely love.

"I'm a major foodie so there's also going to be frosting shots, but the frosting is made without all the processed things that really hurt us," Anderson said. "I've figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs – all the main common allergens."

Anderson explains to PEOPLE that, "We are moms. We are nurturers. We understand the demands of dreaming big. And we want nothing more than to have access to the healthy, happy lifestyle you so deserve. If I can be a part of making it easy for people to eat natural foods and be able to feel like they can lead a natural lifestyle and have it be affordable, that to me is really key."

The program even features Mexican food, including burritos, which Anderson just loves. "There's also a kale ravioli that is super creative and cool," she said.

Anderson is a big believer in this company and doing anything she can to make the world a better, healthier place. "I'm really for people's health," she explains. "I care that every single person's body is different and digests different, and that we need options."

The business will go on to include paraben-free cleaning and beauty products and 3 Green Hearts will eventually venture outside of the Hamptons, to all of her fitness studios.
