Late last year, a man broke into Miley Cyrus' Lake house and stole items belonging to she and her brother. The burglar, Rusty Sellner, was sentenced this morning to two years in a California state jail, NY Daily News reports.

This all comes just three months after Sellner pleaded not guilty to burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft.

Sellner has previous convictions for very similar acts, including burglary and evading arrest. In exchange for Sellner's no contest pleas in February, some previous charges will be dropped.

This isn't the first time the pop star has been a robbery target. Last September, an Arizona couple stole personal items, including a Maserati, from Cyrus, TMZ reported.
