Lindsay Lohan is determined to stay sober following her release from the court-ordered treatment program at Cliffside in Malibu, California.

Lindsay Lohan is making an all out effort to stay on the wagon.. The new steps taken by the actress show her determination toward her promise not to see a bottle of alcohol, ever again. Lohan wants all her places of visits including hotels, film sets, her friends or family member's homes and even her mother Dina's home for that matter, to have no traces of alcohol.

The 27-year-old actress has shared a long history with alcohol but has reportedly been doing fine without it. So far it looks like Lohan is sticking to her promise as she reportedly checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel last week and asked the staff to remove all alcohol from her room before her arrival. She now demands that non-alcoholic drinks be stuffed in her dressing room.

Lohan was recently selected to co-host Monday's episode of "Chelsea Lately."

Keeping herself fully occupied is her answer to stay booze-free. Lohan is also expected to appear at the premier of her new film" The Canyons" during the Venice Film Festival. Later, a sit down with Oprah for an interview sharing her post-rehab experiences is on the anvil. OWN network also plans to film an eight-part reality series with Lohan, which will start next year.

According to TMZ, Lohan will be accompanied by a sober coach to make sure she stays away from alcohol. Well, the short-term plan seems perfect for the actress to rebuild her career and her health. Time will tell how far the "Mean Girls" actress succeeds in her endeavor to cut out alcohol from her life.
