Jon Gosselin is seeking full custody of his 11-year-old daughter Hannah, one of the sextuplets, but not the other seven kids that he shares with ex-wife Kate, according to Us Weekly.

"Jon's priority is what is best for the kids... [He will] fight for them," Gosselin's attorney Kristen Doleva-Lecher said in a statement to Us. "Jon is currently not commenting on the situation. His focus remains on his children."

Kate has had primary custody over all eight children (14-year-old twins and the sextuplets) since the couple's divorce in 2009. She also continued their TLC reality show but changed the name from "Jon & Kate Plus 8" to "Kate Plus 8."

Kate and the show appear to be at the root of Jon's custody decision. Hannah told her father about Kate's "cruel" behavior and that she no longer wants to film the show anymore, according to In Touch.

"Hannah doesn't want to film, but Kate is making her and she's not the only child who has no interest in being on the show," a source told In Touch.

If Jon can take custody of Hannah, he'd also reach out to TLC to have them shut down production on "Kate Plus 8."

In an incident last month, Hannah refused to return to her mother's house during a visit with Jon, which led the father of eight to call children's services.

"She said she didn't want to go home to her mom because she can't take the cruelty anymore," the source said. "Hannah was so afraid of her mom that Jon became concerned and called [Berks County, Pennsylvania] Children & Youth Services and filed a report - and he took emergency custody of Hannah" - without a court order.

Kate reportedly didn't respond well to her ex-husband's actions.

"She showed up at Jon's house and stood in the street screaming for Hannah to come home, but she wouldn't leave," the source said. "Then she called the cops on Jon and made claims about him."

Kate eventually took Hannah back home after four days spent with her father.
