A devil-masked killer will wreak havoc on Wallace University campus this fall in the new Fox series, "Scream Queens," and speculation has already begun on who's behind the murder spree.

The new anthology series from Ryan Murphy will feature at least one murder per week over the 15-episode first season and early bets are on Jamie Lee Curtis's Dean Cathy Munsch as the homicidal maniac.

HitFix theorizes that Curtis, a veteran of horror movies like "Halloween" and "Prom Night" where she played the victim, could turn the tables in an "ironic surprise" and play the murderer causing mayhem among Wallace's coeds.

In the show, Dean Munsch orders all Greek organizations on campus, especially the Kappa House, open pledging to every student and not just the "silver-spooned elite." The decree sets off a serial killer who claims one victim per episode.

Curtis will star alongside Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Nick Jonas, Ariana Grande, Keke Samuels, Abigail Breslin and Skyler Samuels. Murphy will serve as executive producer along with his producing partners Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.

"Scream Queens" will premiere this fall on Fox.
