Kolkata is third in the IPL standings and nipping at the heels of No. 2 Rajasthan. The Knight Riders improved to 6-4 following their 13-run win Thursday against Delhi. Piyush Chawla nabbed the Man of the Match honors for his performance, which included scoring 22 runs and posting bowling figures of 4/32.

"Well the season is going on pretty well. The ball is coming out well out of the hand and I am doing the role that my captain wants me to do," Chawla said, according to CricBuzz.com. "As a leg-spinner, I was always going for the wickets. As long as it comes off, I am happy. It depends on the situation and what the skipper needs from me. He might bowl me for two overs, four on the trot or say three together, but it is about how the situation is."

Punjab, meanwhile, is dead last in the IPL standings with a 2-8 record. They've lost five straight, including Wednesday's 138-run loss to Bangalore.
