You may think being a superstar gains you access to all the hottest clubs, but that doesn't always work, even if you're Justin Bieber. TMZ reports that the star and his crew were denied access by a popular NYC nightclub a last night at around 2:00 a.m. in the Meatpacking District. What did the Biebs do now?

New York City is notoriously strict when it comes to underage drinking at bars and clubs, and according to TMZ, Bieber was rejected from club Griffin due to his age, as he's only 19. However, that hasn't stopped him from getting into clubs before, and he and his posse were photographed minutes later getting into another club, Catch.

While Monday night isn't the ideal going-out night in the city, Bieber doesn't exactly work a 9-5 job, so he's ready to party it up at a moment's notice. Though his latest club rejection was fairly tame, the star has recently stirred up controversy across the media through his public antics, from peeing in a mop bucket in a restaurant kitchen (before yelling, "F**k Bill Clinton!," whom he later apologized to), hit-and-run allegations, drugs found in his tour bus, spitting on fans, and reportedly being asked to go to rehab by his manager, Scooter Braun, among other incidents that seem to pile up day by day.

"Justin is hanging out with the wrong people," a source told Hollywood Life last month. "It's been one incident after another with him and Braun has always been very supportive and still is."

Not to mention, Beiber's split and on-and-off again behavior with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez has caused many fans and tabloids to raise their eyebrows, speculating on the status of their highly publicized relationship.

Gomez's latest album, "Stars Dance," features several tracks about her former beau, and the ex-Disney singer doesn't seem particularly bothered by Bieber's bratty behavior, as Bieber was recently spotted attending Gomez's party, and the two reportedly left together, according to E! News.
