Following the discovery by police of a skull belonging to Tennessee missing person turned homicide victim Bobby Smelcer, his sister, Kristy, sits down to speak with HNGN true crime contributor Jon Leiberman to reveal where the case is headed.

"He told me he knew too much," reveals Kristy.

Bobby Smelcer, 52 years old at the time of his disappearence, went missing on Nov. 21, 2010. He was last seen at his Shelbyville, Tenn. home on East Lane Street, where his cell phone, wallet and keys were left behind, according to the Times-Gazette.

Two years later, in April of 2012, authorities used dental records to confirm it was Smelcer's skull that had been discovered in Duck River, just west of Shelbyville. A fishmerman discovered the skull in the part of town known as Wolf Meadows. The Times-Gazette reported that after it was confirmed to be Smelcer's skull, searchers and divers explored the area in hopes of finding more clues. They still have not.

Smelcer's cause of death is still unknown.
