"BioShock Infinite" is on the top of several gaming insider's list for the best game of 2013. Now, thanks to new Downloadable Content made available on Tuesday, Irrational Games has found a way to make a good thing even better.

The Boston-based development studio responsible for BioShock and BioShock Infinite announced two of the three Downloadable Content packs made to supplement the game's original stock story and campaign.

According to CNET, "Clash in the Clouds," which is available on Tuesday for $4.99 or 400 MS points, features four new maps spread across the cloud city of Columbia. Main protagonist, Booker, will battle wave after wave of some of the game's most dangerous enemies. The game allows players to beat challenges, unlock achievements and compete online by posting their battle scores to a leaderboard.

The most interesting part about the DLC pack is "Burial at Sea," a name that will already clue fans of the franchise into what its about. The additional piece of narrative brings Infinite's two main characters to Rapture, the underwater city from the first two games. This will be people's first ever chance to see Rapture in its best of days, before things took a turn for the worst and turned it into the monster infested place players find in the first ten minutes of the very first BioShock game. According to sources at CNET, the expansion for "Burial at Sea" will be a two-part campaign. Unfortunately for adventurers who can't wait to return to Rapture, no release date has been set on the DLC other than the frustratingly vague "coming soon" label. One thing people can look forward to is the ability to play as Elizabeth in the second half of the "Burial at Sea" campaign.
