Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine will publish the final chapter of Itsuki Furuya's "Takujō no Ageha: The Table Tennis of Ageha" manga in its combined 22nd and 23rd issue on Friday, May 1, according to animenewsnetwork.com.

Shueisha is set to publish the second compiled volume on May 1 and the third compiled volume on June 4.

Furuya's initial plants were to publish the manga as a solo piece in the June 2014 edition, but due to his success, the manga launched as a full series on Nov. 17, which left fans wanting more.

"Takujō no Ageha: The Table Tennis of Ageha" was Furuya's first serialized manga.

Viz Media published the first three chapters of the manga simultaneously in English in its Weekly Shonen Jump digital anthology as part of the company's "Jump Start" initiative, animenewsnetwork.com reported.

The company describes the story as follows:

Meet Ageha, a promising successor to Japan's golden age of table tennis. He's under the tutelage of a former world champion whose granddaughter Ririka is also at the top of her game - though she's playing a more seductive sport. Both would rather die than recognize the other's talents, which is going to get interesting when they find out they're engaged!

The combined 22nd and 23rd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will also include Masashi Kishimoto's "Naruto" spinoff manga mini-series, titled "NarutoGaiden: Nanadaime Hokage to Akairo no Hanatsuzuki (Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring)."

The magazine will also launch the 24th, 25th and 26th issues in May.
