Illegal Immigrant Raped Girlfriend's 10-Year-Old Daughter Three Times, Police Say

An illegal immigrant residing in Louisiana who is accused of raping a 10-year-old girl claims she asked him to engage in sex acts with her, according to WWLTV.
Police in Kenner say 25-year-old Hermes Rivera admitted to having sex with the girl, reportedly his girlfriend's daughter, three times between March and April 3.
Rivera, who police say is an undocumented immigrant living in Kenner, was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated rape, the station reported.
The gruesome acts came to light last Thursday when the victim's mother found a cellphone video her daughter recorded. In the video, the 10-year-old said she and her mom's boyfriend "made love" three times, WGNO reported.
When asked about the video, the child told her mother the sex acts took place in their bedroom. Rivera later told police the girl initiated the illicit relationship, WWLTV reported.
Rivera was still in custody on Monday but it's not clear if bond has been set.
