The Lohans are back in court, but Lindsay isn't the one in the hot seat this time.

Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael Lohan, had his drivers license suspended and his passport revoked by a Florida judge until he pays his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, the $16,000 he allegedly owes her in child support.

Michael has until April 24 to pay up. If he doesn't, he will serve jail time, reported TMZ.

Despite the lawsuit, Michael says Dina is wrongly accusing him of being a "deadbeat dad." He told Radar Online that the amount the court said he owes in child support is inflated by more than $10,000.

"More importantly, I proved that I spent over $19,000,″ in the hearing, Michael told Radar, adding that "the only reason" he's behind on paper is because he started paying his children "directly instead of going through Dina and the court."

He told Radar that he made this decision once he noticed Dina was spending the money on herself rather than his kids.

Michael's claims could be supported by recent Internet reports that show Lindsay accusing Dina of stealing her property (including clothing, artwork and furniture) and selling it online without permission to make some extra cash.

Dina defended herself to Lindsay by saying she has the right to sell anything left behind in her garage. Lindsay, on the other hand, refuted that, saying her mom was only doing it to get quick cash because she's "desperate to pay her bills."
