Season 2 of the popular hit show "Botched" will return tonight to showcase new stories of patients whose surgeries went totally awry.

The show follows two renowned plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, as they help transform botched surgeries into flawless works of art.

Not only are the doctors physically improving their clients, who are often ashamed of certain features, but they are also taking away the patients' pain and suffering associated with the previously misguided procedures.

It is both a display of physical and psychological healing all at once.

Some occasions are different, however, and episodes will focus on people who just want enhancements - breast implants or a butt lift - or to be re-sculpted into their favorite celebrity, as we've seen on Season 1. One man had Bieber-fever and wanted to look just like the 21-year-old pop star.

The plastic surgeons are prepared to work on all different people, including celebrities and athletes. Model Janice Dickinson was highlighted in an episode last season because she wanted to replace her breast implants that she had done in the 1970s.

Not all situations will be as humorous as dealing with Dickinson's saucy attitude and minimally invasive breast procedure. Nassif and Dubrow will have the challenge of meeting people who have endured traumatic events, such as disfigured burn victims or others who were in freak accidents, according to Broadwayworld.com.

Surgeries deemed as "unfixable" will be conquered, and the doctors will shed light on some beauty tricks and cosmetic procedures throughout the season.

Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow are sensitive and often comfort the patient, which makes the stories of these "botched" surgeries - and the pain associated with them - come to life for viewers.

We may even witness the doctors cry (again) this season. The two are likable and enjoy picking on one another, but they have one thing in common: they both truly care about the patient's health and well-being.

If you haven't seen "Botched" before, you won't want to miss the 2-hour season premiere.

The reality show airs tonight at 9 p.m. EDT on E!
