Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are finally parents.

The stars welcomed their first child, son Silas Randall Timberlake, on Saturday morning, People Magazine confirmed. A representative for the actress said both the mother and the baby are doing well and that the parents were "ecstatic." Details on Biel's birth are being kept private.

Last November, Us Weekly reported that Biel and Timberlake, who tied the not in October 2012, were pregnant with their first child. The "Suit & Tie" singer confirmed the pregnancy news in January with a picture in which he was seen kissing Biel's bare baby bump.

"Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I'm getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN'T WAIT. #BoyOrGirl #YouNeverKnow #WeDontEvenKnow #WeAreTakingBets," Timberlake captioned the photo.

Last month, while accepting the Innovator Award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Timberlake called Biel his "best friend and favorite collaborator," adding, "Honey, I can't wait to see our greatest creation yet. Don't worry. Daddy's headed home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on!"
