The Oakland Raiders have a slew of options with the fourth pick in the 2015 NFL draft.  Selecting Alabama receiver Amari Cooper, USC defensive end Leonard Williams, West Virginia receiver Kevin White or trading down in the draft reportedly are the top options under consideration by Oakland.  It's also possible - likely, even - Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota plays a factor in what the Raiders do with their pick.

Oakland is sitting pretty with the No. 4 pick in the draft.  The Raiders need a receiver, and according to the latest mock draft from ESPN analyst Mel Kiper, the team will select Cooper.

"I think it's going to be hard to pass on the sure thing that I suspect Cooper is," Kiper wrote Thursday.  "He's a true No. 1, a supremely gifted route runner who doesn't do it with just smarts, but with 4.4 speed and the ability to set up defenders and then run past them. He's a building-block piece."

Cooper, a junior, is coming off a huge season with the Crimson Tide.  He led the nation in receptions with 124 catches, and he ranked second in both receiving yards (1,727) and touchdowns (16).

If for some reason Oakland passes on Cooper, Kiper believes there're a few other options Oakland will consider with the No. 4 pick.

"A few things can happen here. This is a possible trade-up spot given the Raiders could certainly add a good wide receiver further down the board, and could also target the pass rush later," Kiper wrote.  "It's also a fit for Kevin White or Leonard Williams if either is available."

What happens with Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota may also factor into what Oakland does with its pick.  If Mariota is still on the board at No. 4, the Raiders will likely receive a number of calls from interested teams, such as the New York Jets, the St. Louis Rams, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Cleveland Browns.

ESPN reported the latter, Cleveland, as a team to watch out for if Mariota is still on the board after the Tennessee Titans' No. 2 pick.
