Giuliana Rancic may have spoke out Monday about wanting "to tell the truth" about her comments towards Zendaya Coleman in the "Fashion Police" controversy, but her former co-host Kelly Osbourne doesn't buy it.

In February, Rancic was called out for a joke she made after the Oscars when she was referring to Zendaya's dreadlocks.

"I feel like she smells like patchouli oil...or weed," Rancic said during a February episode.

Despite all the controversy, Rancic didn't comment on the backlash until April 6 when she spoke with Savannah Guthrie on Today.

"I think it's time to just tell the truth. I find racism reprehensible. I don't tolerate it at all. Nor have I ever," Rancic said.

She admittedly said she "understood" why people were offended, although she didn't fully take the blame.

"I thought the joke was not edited in the proper way. That's just something I have to live with," Rancic said. "It's very important for me to get out there and tell the real story."

Kelly Osbourne, who left "Fashion Police" shortly after the February controversy, subtly took to Twitter to show that she didn't buy Rancic's apology.

"Liars ALWAYS get Caught!" Osbourne wrote.

It was quickly speculated that she was referring to Rancic's comments, and Us Weekly claims an inside source confirmed that she really was referring to Rancic.
