A verdict has been reached in the Boston Marthon Bombing trial.

Seventeen of the 30 charges against accused terrorist bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 21, are capital counts, meaning they carry a penalty of death.

On Tuesday, the jury had asked the U.S. District Judge George O'Toole two questions relating to the definition of "conspiracy."

Officials have indicated that the jury will convene to state their decision at 1:45 p.m. EST.
