No one can do "conscious uncoupling" like exes Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

The two ex-lovers were photographed spending spring break with their children, Moses and Apple, on the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, earlier this week.

The Oscar-winning actress was spotted walking around and flaunting her killer abs in a two-piece black bikini, while the Coldplay frontman was covered up in a hat, blue long-sleeved shirt and shorts. A source told E! News that Paltrow and Martin were reading in the shade as their kids played in the ocean nearby.

"Gwyneth and Chris had a lot of one-on-one time while the kids were off playing with their friends," an eyewitness told Us Weekly. "They seemed very comfortable and happy together. You wouldn't know by looking at them that they aren't together. They were very loving and friendly."

A source added that the family ate their meals outside on the sand and that "there is always a lot of laughter and stories being told between them."

"They seem like a very happy family," the source said.

It's been a year since the couple announced that they were separating after 10 years of marriage. People Magazine reported that neither celebrity was wearing a wedding ring during this vacation. The two have reportedly been working with a private mediator to hash out the terms of their divorce.

"The idea is you try to do it with minimal acrimony and you say, 'Look, we have kids, we're always going to be a family and let's try to find all the positives in our relationship, all the things that brought us together, the friendship,'" Paltrow said about her relationship with Martin on the "Howard Stern Show" in January.

"We actually have a really strong friendship and we laugh and we have fun."

Paltrow and Martin have since moved on from their marriage. The "Iron Man" actress is reportedly linked to producer Brad Falchuk, while Martin has kept a very low-key relationship with "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence.
