Abandoned cat Trashcan Jones got a second chance at life when he was rescued from a dump and brought into the life of Imgur user Jessamin. 

"He was brought to the vet clinic I work at inside a computer mouse box by some kind workers, popped out and has purred just about ever since," Jessamin wrote. 

When Trashcan was brought to the vet clinic he had a number of health issues that included an eye ulcer, nutrition-related skeletal issues and cat flu.

Trashcan Jones was treated for his illnesses and now has a "zest for life," Jessamin said. 
"Now he lives a cushy life with the rest of my unfortunate vet-nurse crowd," she added. 
Trashcan Jones now lives with Jessamin and loves to climb on his very own cat tower and snuggle in a lot of blankets. By the updated pictures of him, you would never guess that he lived his first three weeks of life tragically in a dump!
