Sri Lanka faces South Africa on Saturday in the first match of their five-game ODI series.  The match begins at 5 a.m. ET.  Watch the live stream HERE.

Both teams are looking to bounce back after getting knocked out in the semifinals of the 2013 Champions Trophy.  Dinesh Chandimal, 23, has been appointed Sri Lanka's captain for the first two matches — he became the team's youngest captain after regular captain Angelo Matthews was suspended for two games for his team's slow over-rates in the tri-series, Crizzbuzz.com reports

Nuwan Kulasekara is unavailable for the first two matches of the series after suffering a finger injury in the West Indies.  Sri Lanka will, however, have the services of Tillakaratne Dilshan and Thisara Perera.

South Africa is also without several players.  Dale Steyn and Graeme Smith are both unavailable because of injuries.  Bowlers Morne Morkel and Lonwabo Tsotsobe both are doubtful for Saturday.

Saturday is new South African coach Russell Domingo's debut.  Captain AB de Villiers is confident in his new coach and said, "Russell communicates very well and he will make sure everyone understands their role really well."

AB de Villiers has the chance to make history on Saturday by becoming the first South African skipper to lead his squad to a bilateral ODI series victory against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka.  South Africa drew 1-1 in 1993 and were shut out in another loss in 2004.

South Africa has won 51 percent of their ODIs against Sri Lanka.
